• How or is it possible to ship virus internationally? We are currently collaborating with a group in Greece and the shipment of protein has not been successful, thus we would like to bring the virus here and do the expression in house. Reply to: Shariff Bayoumy

• Can viruses "crossover" to uninfected cells from tissue culture hoods, or heaven-forbid, incubators? This looks like it has been happening to us. We use several different viruses and 2 separate batches, from 2 separate users, of "uninfected" High Five cells appeared to be virally infected on the same day. Reply to: B.Booth

• I'm a post-doctoral fellow at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and working on baculovirus expression system as well. I have problems amplifying my viral stock from a titer around E4. Does anyone have a general protocol for baculovirus amplification? Thank you so much for helping out. mhjang@DFC
